Mimosa apartment is situated on the 3rd floor (with an elevator) and will provide you with everything that you need during your stay in Prague. This apartment can accommodate 5 persons in total!The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchen and dining area, one bedroom, one bathroom with a shower and a toilet. There is one double bed and one single bed in the bedroom. The living room is furnished with a foldable sofa for 2. The kitchen has all the equipment you need: fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, stovetop and kettle,  there are also hairdryer and an iron. The apartment is perfectly suitable for both family holiday and holiday with a group of friends or colleagues!The apartment is located in the centre of Prague and it is ideal for exploring the historic centre, which is right on your door-step. You can walk to Náměstí Republiky or Florenc, which has a metro and a tram stop, in only 5 minutes. The Old Town Square (Staroměstské náměstí) and Wenceslas Square (Václavské náměstí) are 10 minutes away on foot. The Prague main railway station is only one metro station away. The central bus station opposite of the house! A wide variety of restaurants and bars are to be found within walking distance, including several ones literally around the corner. The following points of interests are located within 7 or 8 minutes walking distance: • Dlouhá street: famous for its nice clubs (Roxy, Harleys etc.), bars, restaurants and cafés.
• The spectacular art-nouveau Municipal Hall (Obecní dům), great for classical concerts.
• Slovanský dům multi-plex cinema.
• The grand 1914 Café Imperial.
• Palladium Shopping Centre - 200 shops.Smoking is not allowed. If you need to smoke please go downstairs in front of the house on the street or into the backyard of the house.This place will definitely satisfy your needs to enjoy an unforgettable stay in our gorgeous city!

The price for accommodation consists of the accommodation fee (which includes the price of the stay, VAT and the city tax) and the cleaning fee. If the price of the reservation does not show the cleaning fee, then it is not included in the price and the cleaning fee will be collected on the spot at check-in. The cleaning fee is EUR 40. The deposit for this apartment is EUR 250.
