​Wonderful opportunity to stay in our lovely centrally located apartment.​ Iris apartment is situated on the 1st floor (with an elevator). This apartment can accommodate 12 persons in total! The apartment consists of three bedrooms and fully equipped kitchenette, one  bathroom with a shower and toilet and one separated toilet and one more bathroom with shower. There are 5x double beds and 2x single beds. The kitchenette has all the equipment you need: fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, stovetop and kettle,  there are also washing machine, iron facilities, hair dryer and fan. The apartment is perfectly suitable for both family holiday and holiday with a group of friends or colleagues (super opportunity for teambuilding activities)!The apartment is located in the centre of Prague and it is ideal for exploring the historic centre, which is right on your door-step. You can walk to Náměstí Republiky or Florenc, which has a metro and a tram stop, in only 5 minutes. The Old Town Square (Staroměstské náměstí) and Wenceslas Square (Václavské náměstí) are 10 minutes away on foot. The Prague main railway station and the Prague main bus station is only one tram stop away. A wide variety of restaurants and bars are to be found within walking distance, including several ones literally round the corner. The following points of interests are located within 7 or 8 minutes walking distance: • Dlouhá street: famous for its nice clubs (Roxy, Harleys etc.), bars, restaurants and cafés.
• The spectacular art-nouveau Municipal Hall (Obecní dům), great for classical concerts.
• Slovanský dům multi-plex cinema.
• The grand 1914 Café Imperial.

The price for accommodation consists of the accommodation fee (which includes the price of the stay, VAT and the city tax) and the cleaning fee. If the price of the reservation does not show the cleaning fee, then it is not included in the price and the cleaning fee will be collected on the spot at check-in. The cleaning fee is EUR 85. The deposit for this apartment is EUR 500.
